Isaac (13 years), Bénédicte (13 years) and Daniel (10 years), after the success of their school year 2015-2016
In 2015, following continuous exchanges with local actors in poor neighborhoods of Kinshasa in the DRC (see below), the Cercle de l’Espoir – Dunia (CED) association assumed responsibility for funding school supervision for five children. Indeed, too many children do not go to school, mainly for economic and / or family reasons. These children were carefully selected on the spot by the volunteer members of the CIFDH / H association on the basis of objective criteria. The 5 children are all orphans and have shown a tremendous determination to learn to read and write !
Since the beginning of September 2015, Isaac (13), Maria (11 years), Antoinette (16 years), Daniel (10 years) and Bénédicte (13 years) go to school every day thanks to this sponsorship targeted on their school minerval. The minerval for the school year 2016-2017 is paid quarterly, in order to reconcile pragmatically the needs of these children, with the currently limited means of our association.
